Well I am back and yes I was gone yet again for almost seven weeks. This time I went to NCOA down in Colorado Springs. So I got back last week and I can't believe how fast time flies. In two days is Christmas. Usually I try to sit back and take it all in and enjoy the time of year. I usually drive Stacey crazy. This year though, nope.....CRAZY!!!!!! Anyway. Hope you all have a great holiday and remember the true meaning of the season the birth of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ!

Here are some pictures of me when I was at NCOA.

She

Well SJ came into my life and when she did she brought a light that shined so much brighter. She also brought her sense of humor, love and sexiness. spirituality and Utah personality that also included music. I know I got her hooked on U2, but she got me hooked on Collective Soul even without it being her favorite group. Not just one song, I liked them before but I started to like the band and it's music as a whole. Now I have all there stuff and several songs are Stacey. There is no easier way to say it then that Stacey is in so many of there lyrics. They recently releases a new cd, and one song on there is called You. I have been searching for it to put on my playlist, but no luck. My iTunes though, has it listed as the highest played song. I have never connected to one person so much that also included music. From The Verve Pipe, to U2, to INXS, to Collective Soul. Those are only a few. There is a ton more. Anyway Enjoy the season, enjoy the time and enjoy what is present no matter the situation or circumstance. So Anyway, I love you sj!

That time of the year.

Well It That Time Of The Year!!! Fall is on the way, football has started, I swear for me some of the best memories I have are watching college football on tv as a kid or going to games with my dad when I lived in Albuquerque. Anyway, SJ says I am crazy, I do go crazy, we bought I think close to ten candles over the past couple of months from Yankee candle.

(Some awesome pics from 4 to 5 years ago!)

some awesome games this past Saturday and yes Sunday with the miracle catch, and now all we have to wait for it for the leaves to change and the smell to appear in the air of the crisp but mild days to appear where you know it is on and Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas is on the way. Not to mention two more birth days and an anniversary.

We have been having fun this year, as a family we have been watching WWE wrestling. John Cena, DX, Randy Orton, Legacy. I know it sounds stupid but it is a family activity and all the boys are going as one of the dudes from WWE. Anyway just wanted to update, say hi and show I am alive. So if your not down with that then I have just two words for you...............

Memorial day

Well this has always been a special day in my heart. Don't know what it started at such an early age. Maybe it was watching all the war movies with my dad as a little kid or reading books about WW2. Anyway, I guess with the way I am joining the Air Force was a logical choice in my life. I have been to Iraq and Korea. My serving doesn't compare to those who sacrificed everything to give us our freedom and those in those country their freedom too. My back ground of this blog is of a foot soldier from WW2 and the banner Stacey made is from the D-Day landings. So if any veterans out there reads this blog or to those who stop by I just wanted to say thanks for your service and my memories are with those who gave their life for this country. I hope to make it Arlington cemetery someday and the beaches of Normandy to see the cemetery there too. God bless this country and may we never take for granted the freedoms we have!!!!

Mother's Day

Well it's Mothers day and it a day to be able to remember Mom. As Stacey can say and everyone else who knows me I am still a mothers boy to this day. I have a great mom, she was there for me no matter what when I was growing up and is still there for me today. It was nice having her here at the end of December. I still remember so many things that I will take with me forever that reminds me of my mom and what she did for me in my life. this might sound stupid but certain smells come back to me that pictures my mom, like the smell of spaghetti sauce cooking all day long, or the smell of tacos and fried tortillas. I also remember getting Dion's Pizza every Saturday or going shopping with her to Safeway. Well there are a lot of memories that I can recall, some funny and some sad, but most of all of a strong determined woman who did what she needed to to make sure I left the house in the right direction and knowing what this life is all about having the testimony I needed. So thank you mom.

Stacey is and awesome woman, one that has it together. She may not think so someday s but she does and she has blessed my life so much since we have been together. She has a ton of patience with me and my short temper, and can just give me that look and I will feel so stupid. She complains that she doesn't cook to well but who cares. the greatest thing that I learned about mothers is to always be there for the kids and she is. No matter what. This past week Tori was in the hospital and I told Stacey that I would stay with Tori and she said no. I asked why and she said because your not her mother and this is what mothers do. Well I can't argue with that. A week from hell has brought out the strength that one needs to see how a person and woman and a mother pulls everyone and everything through in this life. I see how Tori and Calista will be as an awesome mother too and how they are being prepared to be in the same situations as Stacey, her mom and my mom. Guys can not compare to Girls, there is no way, we are way to wimpy when it comes to pain. So Stacey I love you and I want you to always remember that. you are my world and my best half and I love waking up with you by my side every single day.

Stacey's mom is no exception, she always looks out for Stacey and the kids and makes special situations that will make lasting memories for all that call her Grandma and Mom. She does the best Chirtmas parties and makes everyone feel special. Stacey will always call her mom first thing, and so many times I will call Stacey from work and she will say that she is talking to her mom and I'll have to call back later. It's funny how things never change and how over time a child will still feel the need to here mom's voice no matter where they are. Time and distance may stand in the way of seeing our mom's but Stacey and I both know that our moms are only a phone call away or a flight away if needed. Life and how it has been defined is pretty amazing. It makes you realize how precious it is and how lovine our Father in Heaven is that he gave us a mother. There may only be one day to natioanlly reconize mother's but each day is mothers day becasue of what they do and how they do it and how for me and our kids our home is a home because of MOM!

I LOVE YOU STACEY!!!! Happy Mothers Day! Sexy Momma!!!!

That Rat is the word.

Well we have a pet rat, that thinks he is a cat and our little one carries it all over the place all day
long. Even when we had Easter he was around while the kids colored eggs.
His name is Rex and he is a Rex breed so hence the name Rex. Plus a clone trooper from Star Wars has the name of Rex. Oh ya we have three cats too that are all scared of him. Oh ya, Wally hates me you can tell by the picture i took and Macavity is just old and overweight and Pedro is........well.....our OCD cat. He also fallows Macavity either to bug her or maybe he likes her. I can’t tell.

Another Figure

Well i have been gone from a home again staying in a hotel for two weeks but this time I haven't done a thing. I get back I am exhausted. My job is awesome, it's cool, it's vital to the defense and protection of this country, but man having to sit ten to twelve hours a day providing government oversight is extremely taxing mentally. I never new how hard it is mentally to sit and watch others work. Yep I am a glorified baby-sitter. I make sure the contractors are doing the job the US government pays to create a program. Ahhhh!! I'm not complaining just explaining why nothing has been done for a few weeks now. So here is another figure I have been working on before I left. I don't like the face, I need to make more of a contrast with shadows and stuff but here it is.

Tanker '44

O.K. so for a while I have been working on some figures and I actually finished one. So here are some pics of my stuff. I will show some more soon. I don't like how the painting looks up close but from a normal distance it looks way different.
